Ghadir Grove (born September 12,
1990 in Jericho) is a Palestinian track and field athlete, who represents
Palestine internationally in this field.

old, and shortly thereafter, she took an interest in running, and began regular
training with the help of her therapist, coach Youssef Hamadneh. In 2002, I got
first place in the 1500m competition at the level of education schools in the
northern governorates, and I participated in the Arab School Athletics
Championship that was held in Amman despite my young age, and with the
Palestinian national team in the third international Baghdad Suburb race, and I
got sixth place from Among the 500 participants. Between 2003 and 2007 she became
the Palestinian national champion for her age group in the 100, 200 and 400
meters races for women
. In 2006, she was the youngest
competitor at the Moscow Indoor Athletics Championships. She specialized in
short distance races, and won the gold medal in the 200m distance and the
silver medal in the 100m distance in the Asian International Meeting, which was
held in Jordan in 2006 for girls under the age of 20.
Grove represented Palestine at the
2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and competed in the 100-meter category. She
ranked seventh, and that prevented her from moving to the second round. She ran
the distance at a time of 13.07 seconds.
