Saeed Al-Najjar (July 21, 2004 -) Jordanian national karate player. He started practicing karate at the age of four, where he trained under the leadership of his father at the Shadi Al-Najjar Center and joined the ranks of the Jordanian junior national team in 2017.
His achievements
Al-Najjar won the gold medal in the under-52 kg competition at the World Junior, Youth and Under-21 Championships, which was hosted by the Chilean capital, Santiago, in 2019.
Al-Najjar began his career in the World Championship in the round of 32 by defeating the world number one and then European champion, Russian Akhmadov, with a score of 1-0.
In the quarter-finals, Al-Najjar succeeded in overcoming the obstacle of Polish Alexander, defeating him 1-0, and won in the quarter-finals over Turkish Abdel Samad, 1-0.
Al-Najjar completed his series of victories and won in the semi-finals over Macedonian Kostov Bojan, with the advantage after the match between them ended in a 0-0 draw.
In the final, Al-Najjar was able to defeat the German Izmir Muhammad, ranked second in the world at the time, and won the advantage over him after a 0-0 draw.
Al-Najjar also won a silver medal in the Asian Junior Championship in Malaysia in 2019 and won a gold medal in the World Youth League Championship (Cyprus Round in 2019) and also won a silver medal in the World Youth League Championship (Croatia Round in 2019).
