Imad Abu Kishk , a Palestinian academic, was born in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank. He is the president of Al-Quds University , located in the town of Abu Dis , next to the city of Jerusalem , and the secretary of the Al-Quds Endowment Fund, [3] and a member of the Advisory Council of the Palestinian Anti-Corruption Commission [4] .

His education

Abu Kishk holds academic qualifications in law and public policy, as he obtained a master’s degree from the Institute of Regional Studies at Al-Quds University , and a doctorate from Northeastern University in the United States .

His presidency of Al-Quds University

Following the resignation of Sari Nusseibeh from the presidency of Al-Quds University in 2014 AD , Abu Kishk assumed the presidency of the university in his capacity as Executive Vice President [6] , and on June 12, 2019, the university’s Board of Trustees decided to renew Abu Kishk’s term as university president until 2023 AD
