Dr. Iyad Saadeddin was born in Nablus in 1972. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Physics - Electronics minor and a Master’s degree in Physics from An-Najah National University. He completed his PhD at the University of Bordeaux 1 in France and obtained a degree in Solid State Physics and Materials Science in 2007. 

Dr. Ayad has published many specialized research papers on secondary thin films in the field of solar cells, conductive and transparent films, in addition to films that change color with electricity.

Recently, he has participated in publications in the field of high-capacity capacitors. These publications show Dr. Ayad’s research interests in secondary thin film materials.
