Born in Nazareth 1905; received his primary education in his country, he then joined Sehyoun School in Jerusalem, but he could not continue his studies because of the World War I. Mansour worked as a teacher in Nazareth, he then moved to Yafa with his family and worked as a tradesman. Mansour is a founding member of the first labor association in Palestine; secretary of the Arab Workers Association in Jaffa, Mansour was chosen by Al-Haj Ameen Al-Hussaini as a director of the Arab Association Office in London 1937. In 1959 he moved to Beirut in order to support the Palestinian cause. Mansour wrote a book about the Arab Workers during the British Mandate for Palestine; published in Jerusalem 1936. Died in Beirut 1963 and buried there.
