Ahmad Muhammad Ibrahim Sanaqra (March 12, 1987 - January 18, 2008) is called Ahmad al-Sinqour, a Palestinian military and activist in the Fatah movement and one of the most prominent military leaders of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military arm of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement “Fatah. His upbringing and education
Ahmad Muhammad Ibrahim Sanaqra was born on March 12, 1987 AD in Balata refugee camp to a family from the town of Muwailih in Jaffa District. He studied the elementary and preparatory stages in UNRWA schools in the camp, and the tenth grade in a secondary school in the city of Nablus.
His political activity
Sanaqra began his political activity at an early age. As a seven-year-old student, he participated in the demonstrations in the camp, joined the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades of the Fatah movement and participated in monitoring and transporting explosive devices, and later in shootings at the occupation army. Once, an explosive device went off in his hand, amputating part of his palm. He was also wounded in another incident with a bullet in the abdomen, and his condition was described at the time as serious. After his health deteriorated, he was transferred to a hospital in Nablus. The occupation forces surrounded the hospital upon learning of his presence there, but his brother Alaa Sanaqra and a number of his companions managed to smuggle him from the hospital. His younger brother, Ibrahim Sanaqra, was martyred on February 3, 2006 by the Israeli army's bullets at one of the camp's entrances near Al-Quds Street.
Sanaqra was among the wanted persons inside the Nablus district building and its central prison, whose presence the Israeli occupation forces presumed to besiege and destroy the building in April 2006. Ahmad Sanaqra spent three days under the rubble of the district building, but he came out alive after the occupation army withdrew, while three of those present were martyred. Inside the building, dozens were injured.

On January 18, 2008, dozens of Israeli military vehicles invaded Balata camp amid heavy gunfire and imposed a curfew. The building he was in was surrounded in the Al-Quraan neighborhood and was heavily shot at. Sanaqra was martyred in the clash and his comrades were captured, Muhammad Hawisa, Youssef Hannoun, and Mahmoud Ashtiwi.
