Zuhair Ibrahim Musa al-Manasra (born in Bani Naim in 1943) is a Palestinian military and economist who holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Frankfurt in 1972. He is a member of the Palestinian National Council, the Palestinian Revolutionary Council and Fatah.

practical life
On June 9, 1996, he was appointed Governor of Jenin Governorate. On July 3, 2002, he was appointed director of the Palestinian Preventive Security Service in the West Bank. Subsequently, on 17 July 2003, he was transferred to the Conservative Department of the Presidential Secretariat. He was appointed in 2003 as Governor of Bethlehem Governorate, and on November 20, 2005 he was promoted to the rank of security major and was retired.
