Taysir Mahmoud Taha Abu Sneina is a Palestinian politician, who was elected on May 14, 2017, as the mayor of Hebron.

Tayseer Abu Sneineh worked as a mathematics teacher in the past and graduated from the University of Jordan in Amman.

Abu Sneina was appointed in 1993 in the endowment that runs the Ibrahimi Mosque. Jewish groups protested his appointment. He was elected mayor of Hebron after heading the Fatah electoral list in Hebron during the Palestinian local elections in 2017.

Abu Sneina is a member of the Fatah movement and was among the people who took part in Operation Dabouya in 1980.
