Jamila Ahmad Khamis Saidam (Umm Sabri; born October 25, 1947 in Aqir - died July 30, 2011 in Ramallah) was a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian. She was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006, after she ran in the 1996 Palestinian general elections as a representative for the Fatah movement in the Deir al-Balah governorate district, and it received 8,511 votes.

Jamila Saidam was born in the village of Aqer in the Ramle district on October 25, 1947. After the Nakba War of 1948 and the displacement of Palestinians at the hands of Zionist militias, her family fled to the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip.
She received her education at UNRWA primary and secondary school in Rafah. Later, she moved between Lebanon and Tunisia.
In 1989 she was elected to the Fatah Revolutionary Council, and after the Oslo Accords, she was allowed to return to the Gaza Strip in 1994, where she co-founded the General Women's Union in Gaza. In 1995, she was appointed Director General of Social Security at the Palestinian Ministry of Labor.
She ran in the Palestinian general elections in 1996 representing Fatah in the Deir al-Balah governorate district and received 8,511 votes.

On July 29, 2021, on the tenth anniversary of her death, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas awarded her the Order of the State of Palestine, of the "Star of Merit" degree.
