Hazem Zaki Nusseibeh (born May 6, 1922 - died April 10, 2022) was a Jordanian politician of Palestinian origin from the Nusseibeh family. During his career in the Jordanian administration, he held several positions as Minister of Foreign Relations, Ambassador to Egypt, and Permanent Representative of Jordan to the United Nations. He is considered one of the most important theorists of Arab nationalism.

Hazem Nusseibeh was born in 1922 in Jerusalem during the Mandate of Palestine. He received his secondary education at Victoria College in Egypt between 1936 and 1940. He began his undergraduate studies at the American University of Beirut, from which he obtained a bachelor's degree in political science in 1943. After that, he returned to Jerusalem to study law between 1943 and 1948. During that period, Hazim became a broadcaster and news editor at the Palestinian Broadcasting Services Department, where he reported the news of the Deir Yassin massacre. It is said that Palestinian leader Hussein al-Khalidi asked him to fabricate stories about the massacre, as Nusseibeh reported in a BBC documentary that fabricating stories was one of the biggest mistakes that led to the Palestinians fleeing abroad. He pursued his studies abroad again, studying at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in New Jersey. He obtained a master's degree from it in public affairs in 1952. He obtained another master's degree from the Department of Politics in 1953 and a Ph.D. in 1954.
