Hisham Ali Hassan Abdel Razek (July 11, 1953) is a Palestinian politician. He served as Minister of the Ministry of Prisoners’ Affairs in the third, fifth, sixth and eighth Palestinian governments. He is a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council during the 1996 elections.

His life
Hisham Ali Hassan Abdel Razek was born in the Palestinian city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip on July 11, 1953.

He was elected a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council after the Palestinian general elections in 1996, where he obtained 10,682 votes in the North Gaza Governorate constituency, representing the Fatah movement.
