Atallah Abdel-Al Muhammad Abu Al-Sabah has held significant ministerial positions within the Palestinian government, serving as Minister of Culture before transitioning to the role of Minister of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs in the Gaza administration. Born in occupied East Sawafeer in 1948, Abu Al-Sabah immigrated at a young age and grew up in Rafah, receiving his education from UNRWA schools. After excelling in his studies, he pursued further education at the Teacher Training Center in Ramallah, specializing in science and mathematics.

His career in education began as a teacher in UNRWA schools, eventually leading to administrative roles at the Rafah Services Club. Abu Al-Sabah continued his academic journey at the Islamic University, where he became involved in student leadership as the President of the Islamic University Student Council. Graduating with distinction in Sharia and Law, he furthered his education with a master's degree from An-Najah National University and a doctorate from Omdurman University in Sudan.

Throughout his career, Abu Al-Sabah demonstrated a strong commitment to his country, engaging in patriotic activities and enduring multiple arrests by occupation forces. He is known for his eloquent writing, contributing to publications such as Al-Resala newspaper and Al-Saada magazine, as well as publishing several collections of poetry. Additionally, he has actively engaged in societal issues, utilizing his legal expertise to resolve disputes and advocate for justice.
