Khaled Fahd Daoud Al-Qawasmeh (born June 25 , 1964 in Hebron) is a Palestinian civil engineer and former minister.
He served as Minister of the Ministry of Local Government in the ninth, thirteenth and fourteenth Palestinian governments . 

Academic career

He received his primary education between Hebron , Cairo, and Ramallah , and his secondary education from Hebron. He obtained a higher diploma in civil engineering from Odessa University in Ukraine in 1987, and a doctoral degree from the same university in 1997.
He worked as a part-time lecturer at Al-Quds University in the period 2002–2005. 

Positions 

Chairman of the Hebron Reconstruction Committee in the period 1996–2009. 
He was elected President of the Palestinian Engineers Syndicate in the West Bank in the period 2003-2005. 
On February 24, 2005, he was appointed Minister of Local Government in the ninth Palestinian government headed by Ahmed Qurei and served until March 27, 2006.
On May 19, 2009, he was appointed Minister of Local Government in the thirteenth Palestinian government headed by Salam Fayyad, and served until May 16, 2012.
On May 16, 2012, he was appointed Minister of Local Government in the fourteenth Palestinian government headed by Salam Fayyad, and served until June 6, 2013.
