Youssef Talal Habab (-died June 27, 2020 in the Netherlands) was a Palestinian politician and diplomat. He held the position of representative of the Palestine Liberation Organization to the Netherlands and later in 1996 was assigned the tasks of representing the State of Palestine there, and was appointed as the ambassador of the State of Palestine in Tanzania in 2005, succeeding Fariz Mahdawi.
