The Palestinian journalist Rashad Muhammad Abd al-Hafiz Abu Aisha was born in the town of Shweika, near Tulkarm, and he is a member of the family of jurists in 1946.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Mosul in Iraq. He worked as editor-in-chief of the magazine "Palestinian Revolution" in Beirut. He was martyred in the Battle of Chiyah in Lebanon in 1976.
