Mamoun Matar is a highly experienced telecommunication engineer, with 24 years of specialized expertise in digital media & techniques , journalism and social media , radio and television studios planning and installation, and microwave networks via satellite television transmission and reception systems. As the Engineering Director of the Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) and the Palestine Satellite Channel (PSC), Matar conducted many workshops and training activities in media business development, media technical development and new media techniques and tools, managed the installation of numerous radio and television studios across the West Bank.
