A blind Palestinian girl who invented a new system which scan the road for blind people, this system contain a transmitter and a receiver located in a small bag which can be placed on the blind's body. This system is connected to an electronic stick which warn about anything stumbling in the way.

The idea of creating such a system was floating in Heba's mind since she was 14, as a blind girl she did not stop trying to invent something that help blind people to walk safely everywhere without the need of help from anyone. She said that her teacher told her the idea from the bat system.

Heba is only 18 years old and she named her invention "Shorouq" which means, sunrise.
