Fadi Al-Batsh (1983 - 21 April 2018), is a Palestinian scholar from Jabalia, in the Gaza Strip. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and lectures at the University of Kuala Lumpur. He has a patent for increasing the efficiency of electric power networks. He also invented a device to improve electrical power transmission.
