Ibrahim Freihat is a distinguished professor of international conflicts, affiliated with the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies and Georgetown University. With extensive experience in academia and policy analysis, he has made significant contributions to the field of international conflict resolution.
Prior to his current positions, Freihat served as a senior foreign policy fellow at the prestigious Brookings Institution. He has also taught courses on international conflict resolution at George Washington University and George Mason University in the United States.
Freihat earned his doctorate in international dispute resolution from George Mason University in 2006. His exemplary work in this field was recognized when the university honored him with the Excellence Award in 2014 for his outstanding achievements.
