Born in Nablus 1961, He holds a PhD in the Philosophy of Physical Education, and is a participant in many scientific committees at An-Najah National University, a former president of the Palestinian Basketball Federation, a former player in the Palestinian basketball and volleyball teams, a recipient of international courses in football and basketball, a coach for the Palestinian basketball team, a former member of the Palestinian Olympic Committee, and has participated in many scientific conferences and workshops, and has many published research papers in the field of specialization.
The individual holds a PhD in Physical Education from An-Najah National University in Palestine, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Their thesis focused on the problems facing Palestinian university students from the students' perspective, specializing in the principles of physical education.
