Abdel Rahim Alsheikh is a poet, professor of philosophy and cultural studies at Birzeit University, and a researcher at the Institute for Palestine Studies. His work focuses on poetry, thought, and translation, with particular emphasis on representations of Palestinian identity in prison, refugee camps, and cemeteries. His recent publications include *The Circle Drawer* (2023), *Conceptualizing Modern Palestine: Models of Liberating Knowledge II* (2023), and *The Other Voice: An Introduction to the Phenomenology of Transformation* (2021). He is currently working on two ongoing projects: *The Living Palestinian Cemetery* and *Parallel Consciousness: The Prison of Walid Daqqa*.
