 I worked in the orthopedic and trauma surgery department with a team of two
professors, one part-timer associate professor and five assistant professors.
 Trained on general orthopedics (Spine, Pediatric, Upper Limb and
Arthroplasty) and trauma.
 Assisted in specialized surgeries such as spinal fusion for scoliosis and
spondylolisthesis, prolapsed lumbar disc surgeries, pediatric hip and upper

congenital deformities by the Ilizarov method, bone tumor surgeries, and
revision arthroplasty surgeries of the hip and knee.
 Performed multiple surgeries such as total knee arthroplasty, total hip
arthroplasty, hip hemi-arthroplasty, knee arthroscopy, hallux valgus surgeries,
manipulation of club feet according to the Ponseti method, tendon transfers for
pediatric foot deformities, upper and lower limb osteotomies for pediatric
deformities, minor upper limb surgeries, and most of trauma surgeries
(familiar with the different types of plates, intra-medullary nails, and other
various methods of fracture fixation).

 Autologous intra-articular knee injection of Actiplate for the treatment of mild
to moderately severe degenerative cartilage lesions of the knee: a prospective
open label study.
 The effect of releasing tourniquet in total Knee replacement on the blood loss
and wound complication: a prospective double-blinded randomized controlled
study.
 The role of Intra-articular Injection of Autologus Mesenchymal Stem Cells in
the treatment of Knee cartilage loss.
 Currently working on a book chapter about Proximal Junctional Kyphosis in
Early Onset Scoliosis.
