A Palestinian lawyer, holds the position of Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab Lawyers Union. He was born in Gaza City on August 2, 1961. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University in 1984, where he worked as a lawyer in Egypt and then moved to Gaza City to work as a lawyer in 1994., Elected Deputy Head of the Palestinian Bar Association, and Secretary General of the Aoun Network, in addition to his practice of law, he defended lawyers in Gaza and their rights and safety, especially from the abuses of some policemen such as the Bar Association in many conferences, and he is a member of the International Islamic Association of Lawyers affiliated For the Muslim World League in Mecca
