The name Kushkush is a fictional name that is unlike any name for a child in our local Arab environment. Kushkush was named to avoid children mocking a child bearing his name. Ruffle's character in stories is like all children, including the funny, the imperfect, the naughty, the curious and the curious. Elham also used the character of "kushkoush" with a group of fun activities in pamphlets that aimed at the mental-emotional development of children.
