Muhammad Bushnaq (1934 - May 26,
2017) is a Palestinian plastic artist. He is considered one of the symbols of
the plastic movement in Palestine, Jordan and Kuwait. He was known for his
abundant artistic production, and he won a number of awards.

Muhammad Bushnaq was born in the
village of al-Sheikh in the Haifa district in 1934. After the Nakba of 1948, he
moved to the West Bank and joined the Kadoorie Institute in Tulkarm, where he
obtained a diploma in the field of "educational rehabilitation".
He traveled to Kuwait in 1954,
where he worked as a teacher in a number of schools there, and in 1956 he held
his first exhibition to be the first plastic exhibition to be held in Kuwait.

falling into the chaos of hybrid forms, and his experience possesses a
self-privacy that is independent of other direct influences."

Silver Medal for Sculpture, 1972,
