Hussein Al-Muhajna (1944-) is a Palestinian historian born in Haifa . His family was displaced after the Nakba of 1948 to the city of Nablus , then moved to Amman and from there to the city of Damascus , where he studied at the Palestine Institute School and obtained his elementary and middle school certificates. He then moved to the Abdul Rahman Al-Kawakibi School to obtain his high school certificate in 1964. He obtained a BA in History from the University of Damascus in 1968, and a Diploma in Education from the Faculty of Education in Damascus.
