Biography

Born in a small village west of Nablus in Palestine, he grew up with a love for reading and adventure. He studied at the village school until high school, then moved to King Talal School. He was arrested by the Zionist enemy, where he wrote poetry and read the available literary novels while in prison. He wrote novels while in prison, including "The Spider of the East," which talks about Egypt and the enemy's role in instigating sectarian conflicts there through a cell he had there. He also wrote the novel "The Kingdom of Sudref" and the novel "The Whisper of Suspicion" while in prison, but the enemy confiscated them from him during his arrest. He was released in the prisoner exchange deal that took place in 2011 between Israel and the resistance in Gaza, and he continued to write his fourth novel, which is called "The Sacred Pie, Part One."
