A Palestinian poet who was born in Nablus Palestine in 1958, Reesha received his high school and university education in Nablus, where he studied accounting and business in Alnajah university, and he is a member of the Palestinian Writers Society in Jerusalem. Reesha participated in many conferences and literary workshops locally and abroad, his work is also featured in many periodicals all over the Arab world.
