Elham Bechara Khoury (born: Jerusalem, 1954) is an author and translator specializing in sociology. She studied sociology at Birzeit University, graduating in 1978. She joined the Palestinian left movements and turned to the Trotskyist direction. The occupied territories left for Syria in 1979.
