Born in Tayibe (part of the Triangle region) 1934, finished his primary education in his village, secondary education in Nazareth 1955. He joined the Press Institute; graduated in 1964, received his BA in Economy from Tel Aviv University 1970; Diploma in Accounting 1971. Dasouqi's first divan was released while he was in high school, his poems describe the life of the Palestinian people under the Israeli occupation. Dasouqi has also participated in many Poetry Readings in Palestine and other countries, his poems was translated to French, German and Italian. Dasouqi died in 2015*.
