Sulaiman Daghash was born in Maghar, Upper Galilee in 1944. He obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Haifa, he also received an international certificate in International Management from one of the United Kingdom's universities. He is the chairman of the Culture Movement in Palestine; arrested for three years in the Israeli prisons.
