Born in Samakh, Tiberias 1943. His family emigrated to Syria in 1948 (Al-Nakba) and resided in Daraa, finished his primary education in his country; studied Arabic language in Damascus University 1967. Mufleh worked as an Arabic language teacher in Daraa, Algeria and Saudi Arabia; wrote poems and short stories; member of the Arab Writers Union in Damascus, member the Palestinian Writers and Union, member of the International League for Islamic Literature.
