Born in Haifa in 1928. Studied in Frere school, joined Terra Santa college in Jerusalem, obtained the Mitrik (High school) in 1946; received a BA from the AUB in Chemistry in 1951.
Moved to the United States and received his PhD in Nature Chemistry in 1956; returned to Beirut; worked in AUB as a Physics lecturer; founder of the Royal Scientific Society in Jordan.
