Tawfiq Jaber Al-Hajj The bitterness of asylum lived in Khan Younis camp and studied in its schools. He graduated from the Teachers' Institute in Ramallah in 1971 and worked as a teacher and now works as a principal. He prepared his master's thesis on the Intifada poem in 1991. He began writing poetry in the mid-twenties, and has published his poetry in local and Arab newspapers and magazines since 1974. He was influenced by poets of the resistance, then took a poetic line ranging from the pain of alienation to satirical bitterness, and settled on in-depth mysticism in intense poetic flashes. He is a founding member of the Palestinian Writers Union and head of the administrative board of the Writers Union - Gaza Branch - previously in 1993. He has many political and social articles published and published in local and Arab newspapers and serious websites.

He is considered one of the most prominent Al-Tafi'ila poets in the occupied land. He has six collections of poetry:
