Musleh Abd al-Qadir Ashkar is a Palestinian poet, born in the village of Samoui, in the Galilee district, in northern Palestine, in 1940.

Brief
He was emigrated at the age of 8 from his village in Palestine with his family who lived in Damascus, then he continued his studies at the University of Damascus, and continued it in Algeria, and obtained a BA in Arabic literature from the University of Constantine.
