Born in Tulkarem 1938, received a BA in Arabic language from Cairo University 1971; works in teaching then in journalism; chief-editor of (Risalt Al-Ordun) and (Al-Rae'd Al-Arabi) magazines; general director and chief-editor of (Al-Ayyam) newspaper, which is the first Arabic newspaper in Rome; established the Kuwaiti newspaper (Al-Hadaf) in 1961. Sadouq worked as a culture adviser at the Jordanian Broadcast, member of the Federation of Arab Journalists and the International League of Islamic Literature, he currently works as a manger at the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh.
