Ali Saeed Khalaf (born in Al-Azariya in 1916, died in 1977) is a Palestinian historian and journalist.

He was born in 1916 in Al-Azariya in the Jerusalem District and received his school education there. He moved to Kindergarten College in Jerusalem, then joined Al-Azhar University in Cairo to study Islamic law and the Arabic language, and graduated from it in 1936. He continued his linguistic studies at Dar Al Uloom in Cairo, and obtained a BA in Arabic language and Semitic literature in 1941. He returned to Palestine and worked in The field of education is more than 40 years old.

He also worked in the press as an editor in the Defense newspaper in Jaffa in 1946 AD, and issued the weekly “Al-Shabab” newspaper in Jerusalem in 1946, and in the same year established “Ali’s Office for Press and Publishing” in Jerusalem and Jaffa. After the Nakba, he wrote in Palestinian newspapers and published many articles in Al-Quds Al-Quds newspaper from its founding until his death.

He has a collection of unpublished poetry that includes more than a hundred poems on a variety of topics. He has written hundreds of literary, political and social articles in local and Arab newspapers, and he has printed books and manuscripts.
