Mr. Hisham Kahil; He is an engineer and holds a master’s degree in 1986 in housing policy from Newcastle University in Britain, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Alexandria University in Egypt. He worked as Dean of Palestine Polytechnic University and Assistant Undersecretary for Higher Education Affairs in the Palestinian National Authority. He was appointed Executive Director of the Central Elections Commission in August 2006.
