Rabih Agbaria is a lawyer currently pursuing his doctorate at Harvard Law School. He previously worked as a public appeals lawyer and later joined the Haifa-based Adalah Legal Center, where he continues to litigate cases concerning Palestinian civil and political rights. Agbaria writes extensively on various topics related to Palestinian affairs and Israeli law, including issues such as online expression censorship, the legal land system, and the criminalization of Palestinian foragers. His writings have been featured in prestigious publications such as the Yale Journal of Law and Technology, the Law and Political Economy Project, and the Journal of Palestine Studies, among others. Agbaria previously served as the executive articles editor for the Harvard Human Rights Review and is currently a member of the editorial team for the Palestine page on the Jadaliyya website.
