Hala Hosni Fariz Odeh, better known as Hala Fariz (October 25, 1955 - ), a Palestinian diplomat, worked in Palestinian missions to Brazil and the Philippines as an advisor. She also served as Palestine's ambassador to Sweden between 2011 and 2021.

She was born on October 25, 1955, and has been a diplomat since 1978.

She was appointed as an advisor within the Palestinian mission to Brazil in 1995, and in 2006 she was appointed to the same position within the Palestinian mission to the Philippines.

On September 9, 2011, she presented her credentials as the Palestinian Authority's ambassador to Sweden, and she is the first Palestinian representative to grant Sweden the rank of ambassador to the head of the Palestinian delegation. In 2014, Sweden recognized the State of Palestine, and later, on January 30, 2015, resubmitted her credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Sweden.
