AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has received in his office a delegation from Al-Khaleel University, Palestine to discuss cooperation, as part of Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s commitment to supporting the education journey and excellence of the Palestinian youth, especially in light of the challenges they face due to the Occupation. 

The delegation included Dr. Loay Al-Ghazawi, dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Naim Al-Daour, director of the Department of Continuing Education and Community Development, and Mr. Nidal Al-Jabari, Council of Trustees’ advisor.

During the meeting, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh emphasized that the will of the great Palestinian people has always been a source of pride and inspiration for the Arab nation and the world, indicating that education is the most powerful tool in confronting the Occupation, in overcoming its challenges, as well as in building a promising future for Palestine and its people.

As a result of their discussions, the two parties agreed to form a joint committee for ensuring the University’s benefit from the digital transformation programs offered by TAG.Global, and to link the University with the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Platform (TAG-Knowledge Encyclopedia), and coordinate with the University to offer the digital programs provided by TAG.Global, as well as to issue joint certificates with the logos of both institutions. They also agreed to establish the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Center at the University’s premises.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al-Daour presented Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh with an honorary shield, expressing the delegation’s gratitude and appreciation for the warm hospitality. They stressed the importance of such gathering that offers an opportunity to meet with successful, outstanding, and inspiring figures from around the world.

Mr. Al-Jabari, praised Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh's efforts in supporting the education journey in the Arab region in general and in Palestine in particular.
