Khair al-Din ibn Ahmad ibn Ali ibn Zain al-Din ibn Abd al-Wahhab al-Ayyubi al-Faruqi al-Ramli (993 AH - 27 Ramadan 1081 AH) (1585-1670), the imam, the interpreter, the narrator, the grammarian, the prosody, the Hanafi sheikh of his time, was born in Ramla in Palestine.
