Suleiman Al-Jabari (1912 - 1994): He is the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. He was born in Hebron in 1912. He studied at Al-Azhar University in Egypt. He took the position of fatwa in 1960, succeeding Sheikh Saad Al-Din Al-Alami. Al-Jabari died in 1994 at Ein Karem Hospital in Jerusalem at the age of 82. . Al-Jabari held the position of Grand Mufti for a year and a half.
