Haitham Al-Haddad, a British Muslim television presenter of Palestinian origin. Al-Haddad is a member of the advisory boards of Islamic organizations in the UK, including the Islamic Sharia Council. He is the President, Operations Adviser and Trustee of the Islamic Research and Development Foundation. Some of his views have been considered controversial, including remarks about Jews, homosexuality, and female genital mutilation.

Haitham Al-Haddad received his Ph.D. at the School of Oriental and African Studies and is an imam trained in Saudi Arabia. He studied in Medina with a student of the influential Salafi scholars Ibn al-Uthaymeen, and also obtained a degree in civil engineering in Sudan. The SOAS doctoral thesis, submitted in 2010, was on Islamic law entitled A Critical Analysis of Selected Aspects of the Jurisprudential Sunni Minority, with special reference to contemporary Britain.
