Muammar worked as a commentator on football matches on Amwaj Sports Channel, as he is considered one of the youngest sports commentators in the Arab world working in sports channels. He took over the management of Amwaj Sports Radio at the age of 20, to be the youngest director of a local radio in Palestine.
