Palestinian engineer Israa Farwaneh (27 years old) is competing for the title of Woman of the Arab World to represent Palestine in the Arab Woman Medal for Initiatives competition, as part of the activities of the Arab Conference for Arab Entrepreneurial Women, which is held by the Change Makers Foundation in Tunisia.
About 1,250 contestants from 17 countries in the Arab world applied for the competition.
Israa is a Palestinian entrepreneur with many achievements. She graduated from the Computer Engineering Department at the Islamic University, and won the title of Palestinian Woman in Volunteer Work for the year 2018.
Israa gave more than 300 lectures on scientific miracles, and she is a memorizer of the Book of God. She also established a healthy meals restaurant, and is the founder of the Soul Imprint Project to teach poor families in the Gaza Strip handicrafts.
