The American candidate of Palestinian origin, Rashad Darwish, is preparing to run in the Democratic Party primary elections, to be the party’s candidate for Congress for the state of Illinois.
During this period, candidate Darwish makes tours and meetings within the state, especially the city of Chicago, to gain support and support to be a member of Congress, competing with candidate Dan Lubinsky, for the third district in the state.
It is noteworthy that the Palestinian community constitutes about 18% of the population of the Third District, which will support Darwish, who comes from the town of Beitin, east of Ramallah.
