Professor Walid Abu Shaaban - Administrative Controller in the Office of the Vice President of the Islamic University for Administrative Affairs, won the Distinguished Accountant Competition for the year 2018, which was launched by the Palestinian Accountants and Auditors Syndicate. This came during the celebration of Palestinian Accountant Day, which was organized by the Palestinian Accountants and Auditors Syndicate in cooperation with the Accounting Department in the College of Economics and Business Administration. The ceremony was held under the generous sponsorship of the Palestinian Cellular Telecommunications Company “Jawwal,” in the large conference hall of the university’s conference center, in the presence of a large gathering of accountants and auditors to celebrate the thirty-ninth Palestinian Accountant’s Day.


In a related context, the Deanship of Quality and Development at the university honored Professor Abu Shaaban after he won the Distinguished Accountant Competition for the year 2018 AD. The honorary meeting was attended by: Professor Dr. Majid Al-Farra - Vice President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Alaa Al-Din Al-Jamasi - Assistant Vice President for Administrative Affairs, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Hanjouri - Dean of Quality and Development.
