Information
Born in 1871. During the World War I, he was appointed to work with the Ottoman army; arrested by the British forces; appointed as the mayor of Beersheba in 1922, appointed as a member of the Cabinet which was established by Herbert Samuel (the first nominally representing Jew to serve as a Cabinet minister), after al-Nakba he emigrated to Gaza Strip with his family and died there in 1955.
