Khaled Al-Nashif worked as a lecturer at the University of Tübingen in Germany from 1978 to 1987, and then at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He worked in preparing the famous "Tübinger Atlas des Vorderen Orients" in Germany, which is the most important and largest atlas prepared in Germany. The atlas was known regionally, and it included all the information of the Middle East in geography, historical eras, geology, population, transportation, economics, and others.
